Working for the City of Vancouver for over 8 years has helped Davood function on multiple levels by gaining knowledge of building codes and zoning bylaws. Alongside his extensive experience and meticulous attention to detail, As a reliable construction contractor, clients are confident in his ability to deliver what he promises.
Richard Ebner
Managing Director
Under the watchful eye of his father, Richard started working as an apprentice at the age of 16. Working in his father’s business has shaped Richard’s business-minded character. Starting from the ground up resulted in Richard becoming the President of David Mitchell Co. His millwork experience of 30 years has given him an edge in being detail-oriented and mindful of unforeseen challenges. Richard’s years of experience from the ground up has given him the advantage in finding cost-effective solutions one of the most practical skills in construction contractor companies.

Salar Hatami
Senior Project Manager
Salar holds a master’s degree in architecture with over 20 years of commercial development and construction background. His expertise is building dental and medical clinics and has managed the biggest and most advanced dental office projects in Vancouver. He has received supervisory praise and recognition for the optimal level of teamwork, including working with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, which is essential in ensuring that each contract will be carried out with the highest quality of work and completed on time. Salar is an adventurous nature lover. Off-road and camping are the favorite parts of his outdoor lifestyle.
Tom Mcleod
Foreman / Super Intendant
Tom has been a vital member of the David Mitchell team for over 30 years. His hard work and dedication are unmatched by anyone. His character and personality are contagious. Clients, designers, and crew on-site always remember Tom and how great he is to work with. Besides his valuable experience for a construction contractor like us, Outside of work, he is a family man, raised two wonderful daughters, and you will see him on the local golf courses on weekends.

Shop Foreman
Marc has been with the company for over 10 years. He is the number one man in our mill workshop. Marc was trained by one of the best and that level of expertise has matured him into a valuable asset and team leader. Time and time again he has proven his capability to produce the highest quality cabinetry this company has ever produced. Marc has three young boys that he is very proud of, and always shares pictures of fun times, and how they keep growing. Marc loves live music and enjoys the torturous Grouse Grind.

Craig started with the company in 1997. He truly represents the level of integrity, personality, and work ethic every company strives for. Craig is so diversified and can fix any problem that he has earned the McGiver nickname. He loves his craft and when the day is done he goes home and creates more amazing works of art. Hunting and especially fishing are his passions which keep him young at heart.
Leon Djakovic
Carpenter & Site Assistant
Leon has been with the company for over 10 years and has worked his way up the ladder from his first days making deliveries and tearing down walls, to a 4th-year carpenter apprentice. Leon has a fun-loving personality and gets along with everyone he encounters. He is a key piece in the DM team and his hard work and dedication to learning will continue to raise him to new levels. Leon has a wonderful young family and is often seen at the local tennis court, one of his favorite hobbies.

Nataly is the jack of all trades when it comes to accounting. She not only speaks the language of numbers, she also knows how to translate accounting information into simple words.
